@stingray To be a moderator hardly any tech skills required but to be an admin I would want somebody who knows how to help upgrade and manage the mastodon backend.
@matt So coding is involved to do that?
@stingray Not really coding. Just understanding how to work/use the mastodon backend and some linux skills as well
